About the Role
You will:
  • Lead brand marketing sales communications stakeholderengagementandfundraising strategy
  • Drive demand and growth through strategic marketing and business development
  • Shape organisational reputation through proactive media and issues management
  • Build influence across government industry community and internal audiences
  • Lead communications that support operational outcomes and enable organisational change
  • Champion an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart
  • Oversee fundraising and partnerships to diversify revenue streams
  • Lead and inspire a high performing multidisciplinary team.
Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate Support Services this role is central to delivering our Strategic Plan and positioning Lutheran Servicesasaninnovativesustainableand thriving provider of aged care and community services.
About You
Yourea strategiccreativeand commercially savvy leader who knows how to build brands people trust communicatewithimpactanddelivermarketing that drives demand. You thrive in complex environments lead withpurposeand bring energy to growth and transformation.
Youllbring:
  • Senior leadership experience in customermarketingor communications
  • Experience delivering brand marketing and communications strategies
  • Proven expertise in reputation and issues management
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strategic thinking analytical strength and commercial acumen.
Experience in human services aged care or community services is a bonus.
