Job Summary
About the role
A great opportunity has arisen in our Hudson Mitre 10 Trade Centre business for a Truck Driver in our new Mitchell site. This is a full time Monday to Friday role working a 38-hour week.
The team member will provide excellent customer service must be motivated and be relied upon to work in an unsupervised environment. You will ideally hold a current MR Truck and Froklift License and have prior experience in a similar position.
What you will be doing
- Delivery goods to our customers (occasional hand unloads)
- Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff customers and contractors
- Provide accurate deliveries on time with a high focus on customer service
- Be relied upon to represent the company in a professional manner
What you will bring
- Hold a valid car license
- Hold a current HR or MR Truck License highly desirable
- Hold a Hiab ticket (an advantage)
- Forklift License (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit (some heavy liftings required)
- Able to deliver to building sites in surrounding areas
