About the role
Are you a reliable and detail-focused Pick Packer looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a reputable company Hardings Hardware a trusted name in the hardware industry since 1958 is seeking a dedicated Pick Packer to join our Caboolture team.
This is a Monday to Friday full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate. Youll enjoy a great balance of working independently while being part of a supportive and safety-focused team environment.
What you will be doing
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operating a forklift safely to move load and store stock
Receiving checking and putting away incoming goods
Maintaining a clean organised and safe working environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management as required
Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
What you will bring
Current forklift licence (essential)
Previous experience in a pick packing or warehouse environment ideal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
A strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
