Job Summary

Employee Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Perform HPLC and HSGC testing including routine method maintenance (buffers standards reagents).
Support inprocess analytical testing during manufacturing campaigns including sample prep integrations tracking and reporting results.
Conduct Kaiser tests or similar benchtop reagent assays.
Carry out general laboratory operations including housekeeping consumable inspection inventory management ordering supplies and organizing storage areas.
Assist with Results Utility and Environmental Monitoring (EM) qualifications and ongoing routine monitoring.
Perform water sample collection identification submission to QC and retrieval of results.
Retrieve and document results for EM and N₂ samples.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in biology biochemistry chemistry or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
2-4 years of related industry experience
Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
Capability to work well on a team and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve in cross functional team setting
Ability to read comprehend and present complex subjects
Independently engage and collaborate with coworkers customers and management
Must be able to identify problems and know when to solve proactively and seek advice

Additional Information :

The position is full-time Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis IN are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Tasks require repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time.
May be required to respond to off-shift operational issues.
