CapEx & Public Funding Controller

The CapEx and Public Funding Controller will be part of the small but growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. As such the individual will together with a colleague be responsible for the budgeting and planning of the CapEx projects for the Roseville site. The individual will be responsible for the successful management and monitoring of budgets on WBS element level and will be working closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the CapEx planning. As the CapEx investments qualify for various public funding sources the successful candidate will be working on applications as well as the reporting to relevant public funding addition the individual will together with the CTG team work on the MBR CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series as well as the reconciliation of IFRS and MBR results. The successful candidate works independently in SAP/R3 and understands the role as a true business partner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible with a colleague for the budgeting and planning of the CapEx projects for the Roseville site
• Managing and monitoring of CapEx budgets on WBS element level
• Collaborating closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the CapEx planning
• Working on public funding applications and reporting to governmental agencies
• Joint work on MBR CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series; reconciliation of IFRS and MBR results
• Work independently in SAP/R3 CO-module
• Prepare financial presentations and support reviews for local exec. management 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment with experience in CapEx projects
• Advanced SAP/R3 skills required; ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO module
• Advanced knowhow of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel PPT Word)
• Strong communications skills with a proven business partner mindset
• A self-motivated conscientious team player with business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise
• Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment

Additional Information :

• This role will work on site in Roseville CA.
• This position works Monday-Friday additional hours as necessary
• Indefinite US work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95000-$125000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
