About the Role

Were looking for a Frontend Engineer to build user-facing features across web and mobile. Youll work closely with product design and backend engineers to deliver clean performant and scalable experiences. This is a role for someone who wants to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment contributing directly to features while growing their skills as part of a high-performing engineering team.

What Youll Do

  • Feature Development: Build and ship user-facing features across mobile (Flutter) and web (React/).

  • Collaboration: Partner with product and design to translate requirements into intuitive high-quality experiences.

  • Code Quality: Write clean maintainable and testable code participating in code reviews and contributing to shared standards.

  • Performance & Reliability: Ensure features are performant accessible and resilient at scale.

  • Design System: Contribute to the evolution of Mades design system and frontend best practices.

  • Problem Solving: Debug troubleshoot and optimize applications across platforms.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with frontend technologies and bring ideas to improve our stack and workflows.

Ideal Background

  • 35 years of frontend engineering experience.

  • Proficiency with Flutter (Dart) for mobile and React/ (or similar frameworks) for web applications.

  • Track record of shipping high-quality features in consumer-facing products.

  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript component-based architecture and responsive design.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with product managers and designers.

  • Eagerness to grow technically while contributing to a fast-moving team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech credit cards or other regulated consumer products.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

  • Familiarity with design systems and modern design tools like Figma

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization.

  • Background in secure data handling authentication flows and compliance-heavy environments
