Job Summary

Are you a seasoned DSP looking to take on a new challenge Are you an unhappy Assistant Manager thinking of trying another agency Saratoga Bridges is looking for people with a minimum of a years experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Are you organized Do you have strong people skills This position might be a good fit for you!

In this role youll be helping with staffing and filling in shifts. Youll be training new DSPs and helping pull together day trips or organizing a birthday celebration. Youll be in charge of the food shopping orders and keeping the personal account ledgers up to date. Playing a card game or going on a run to Dunkin for coffee might be the highlight of your day.

To be eligible for this position you need:

A valid drivers license
High School diploma/GED
A year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability preferably in OPW services.
