Soccer Shots Omaha is looking for a passionate youth coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required!

- Organized plan ahead and are systematic in routine conduct each session according to the curriculum
- Fun & Creative comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children
- Patient & Empathic must be a patient person willing to work through behavior and learning challenges
The Job:
- Lead fun safe classes for up to 12 kids (3045 minutes)
- Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
- Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
- Engage each child individually during class
- Manage equipment and class roster
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Provide post-session feedback
- Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

Working with children is something we dont take lightly and its imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but that you are incredibly passionate about it. This is what truly separates Soccer Shots from everyone else - we are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field. We want our 30-minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30 minutes of each childs week.
We will operate in daycares preschools community centers and parks all over our area!
