Job Summary
Trainee Local Desktop Support
- #LI-BF1
- Provide onsite support to the BSC office in Cluj by serving as first/second level support for PCs laptops mobile devices printers and telephones
- Process IMACD services (Install Move Add Change and Delete)
- Configure deploy maintain troubleshoot and support computer workstations laptops printers mobile devices phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment
- Solving problems for maximum efficiency of computer resources
- Investigate more complex cases before assigning tickets to relevant teams
- Work as a project member in local IT infrastructure projects
- Assists with updating and organizing the database of IT devices used in the office.
- Bachelors degree or studies in progress in a technical field
- Fluency in English
- Knowldge & understanding of basic hardware and software principles
