RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support day-to-day A/R activities: invoicing payment follow-ups and reminder calls as needed
Verify and reconcile customer accounts to ensure data accuracy
Help maintain and update receivables reports
Communicate with clients to follow up on past-due balances with professionalism and courtesy
