RESPONSIBIITIES

Associates in Growth Equity Investing will be integrally involved with all aspects of the investment cycle including:

• Sourcing identifying and evaluating attractive investment themes and opportunities;
• Building relationships with management teams senior advisors and external industry experts;
• Performing due diligence;
• Financing and closing investments as well as developing monitoring and implementing value creation strategies at our existing portfolio companies

We are looking for a team member who will thrive in a lean organization operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science Engineering Finance Economics or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus
• Have an excellent academic and professional record
• Between 2-4years of experience in investment banking private equity growth equity / VC management consulting or a relevant operating role inenterprise software
• We are looking for a highly motivated well-rounded team player who is passionate about investing and wants to build a long-term career at Goldman Sachs

• Financial analysis/modelling experience with robust analytical/problem-solving skills
