The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in keeping JostensPIX (JPIX) Picture Day operations running smoothly. Supporting Field and Equipment Operations youll manage inventory coordinate shipping and receiving prepare and test equipment and ensure timely accurate fulfillment. YOU WILL: Support - - Assist the JPIX teams with any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Establish and build relationships with internal teams vendors and field teams
Deliver - - Provide pro-active customer service alongside the Senior Manager and Equipment Specialist
- Provide exemplary customer service to field teams vendors and internal partners primarily through phone calls as well as email communications
- Provide frontline support with troubleshooting training and maintaining organized safe and efficient warehouse operations
Strengthen - - Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and equipment management to foster strong trust with teams and vendors
- Build deep rooted partnerships with key customer resources
YOU HAVE:
Experience - - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations inventory management or shipping/receiving experience
- Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery
- Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Skills - - Demonstrate critical thinking when troubleshooting
- Extremely strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Comfort with technology and learning new software applications
Competencies - - A positive and flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
- Proactive in nature with strong problem-solving abilities
- Independent judgment required to plan prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
Preferred: - Knowledge of shipping and logistics
- Experience and/or interest in photography
- Forklift Certification
