Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented UX/UI designer who deeply understands real-world user experience challenges and knows how to apply modern AI tools to solve them effectively. The ideal candidate combines strong design intuition with a strong focus on delivering responsive polished and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
This role demands more than just visual polishit requires a designer who thinks in terms of user needs adapts to constraints and delivers practical user-focused solutions that bridge design and implementation. This role emphasizes UI design execution cross-functional collaboration and production-ready visuals with an additional requirement for form design RTL interface support and vector asset creation.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to translate complex requirements into user-centred interfaces that are both functional and visually refined all while leveraging the latest design tools and AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate and elevate outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design intuitive accessible and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Build and manage component libraries and design systems in Figma.
- Design User Interfaces that not only address current requirements but also account for potential future requirements elegantly and with scale.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate the design approaches.
- Design for Arabic (RTL) interfaces ensuring accurate mirroring alignment and cultural nuances.
- Create vector-based assets such as icons graphical elements using Adobe Illustrator.
- Design structured fillable PDF and web-based forms with a focus on usability clarity and visual flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Clearly present and explain design concepts and rationale in team and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure designs meet responsiveness accessibility and performance standards.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends tools and design system practicesincluding AI-enhanced workflows.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of professional UI design experience including mobile web and form-based UI.
- Expert-level skills in Figma including auto-layout variants design libraries and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with strong vector asset creation experience.
- Experience designing RTL (Arabic) user interfaces with accurate mirroring and typographic alignment.
- Ability to understand product strategy and convert it into actionable design tasks
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern responsive and accessible UI design.
- Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility principles and basic front-end structure (HTML/CSS).
- Highly initiative along with the ability to work with minimal oversight and capability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with developers product teams and stakeholders are essential.
- Ability to design both PDF and web-based forms.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate brings:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Hands-on Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience designing for English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) and bilingual interfaces.
- Strong mobile and responsive UI work.
- Creation of vector-based assets (e.g. icons illustrations).
- Ability to design both PDF and web-based forms.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects Lottie or similar tools for animated UI illustrations and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD Sketch or animation plugins for Figma.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React Vue or Angular for improved developer collaboration.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and coding environments (e.g. VS Code)
- A collaborative team player willing to assist colleagues through brainstorming reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to analyse complex workflows and simplify them into intuitive experiences.
- Familiarity in front-end languages including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced design processes (e.g. generative AI for ideation and UI drafts)
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with animation or rich visuals is a bonus.
