The Data Manager will oversee all aspects of data collection analysis and reporting across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the school MIS system
Coordinating assessment cycles
Producing progress and attainment reports
Supporting exam data processing
Monitoring attendance and behaviour data trends
Submitting statutory returns (School Census)
Training staff on data systems
Ensuring GDPR compliance
Supporting curriculum and timetable data
Providing analytical insight to SLT
This role requires precision strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
The Data Manager works closely with the Exams Officer and Deputy Head (Curriculum). Structured reporting cycles are in place.
