About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to customers dealers and authorized service providers across the U.S. and international markets.

This role serves as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams ensuring efficient troubleshooting warranty guidance and operational support for aerial work platforms (AWP) including Genie equipment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heavy equipment and strong communication skills to guide customers through complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics.

What youll do
  • Provide multi-channel technical support (phone email and chat) for equipment operating issues.

  • Diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic faults by guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.

  • Advise customers on corrective actions to restore equipment to safe and efficient operation.

  • Support warranty inquiries and operating information requests.

  • Identify required parts and components to resolve equipment failures.

  • Document technical cases and communicate recurring issues to Engineering and Product teams.

  • Deliver occasional technical guidance or training to customers.

  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.

What were looking for
  • 3 years of experience in technical service within heavy equipment or similar industries.

  • Strong technical knowledge of aerial work platforms (Genie experience preferred).

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical mechanical and hydraulic diagrams.

  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with heavy equipment.

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) required.

  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital troubleshooting tools.
