Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales responsible for developing and executing sales strategies leading a high-performing team and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Lead mentor and manage the sales team fostering a culture of success and ongoing development.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners educational institutions and other relevant organisations.
* Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing ensuring a professional and efficient process.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
* Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role preferably within the EdTech HR Tech or recruitment industry.
* A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
* Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* A genuine passion for Qureoss mission to empower young professionals.
* A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
