About the role
As Key Account Manager Philips TV you will take ownership of three major retail partners across Norway Sweden Denmark and Iceland with a clear focus on growing our Philips TV business.
Your mission will be to strengthen existing partnerships drive sell-out and further expand our market position. You will also work on developing a key strategic account creating new opportunities for long-term growth.
You will be part of a collaborative Nordic sales team working together to achieve ambitious targets and increase Philips TV presence across the region.
In this role you will act as a trusted commercial partner to your customers ensuring strong relationships excellent execution and sustainable business growth.
This is a high-visibility high-impact role where your work directly contributes to the commercial success of Philips TV in the Nordics.
Location & travel
This is an international role with regular travel across the Nordic countries.
You will visit each key customer approximately once per month (most frequently in Norway)
Travel to Iceland is expected approximately twice per year
You can be based in Norway Sweden Denmark or Finland ideally with convenient access to an international airport
During onboarding you will spend 23 weeks working from our Swedish office in Kista followed by approximately 12 office days per month
What you will do
Drive sales performance across your accounts including sell-in volume product mix pricing and inventory levels
Build strong long-term partnerships with key retail customers
Act as the main commercial point of contact for your accounts
Develop annual account plans and prepare monthly sales forecasts
Ensure strong product listing distribution and successful product launches
Secure excellent in-store visibility and presentation
Ensure a strong and accurate online presence across customer platforms
Deliver product training and support retail staff engagement
Monitor sales performance market trends and competition
Take proactive action to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ensure commercial agreements and payment terms are properly executed
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address product quality topics claims and performance feedback
What you bring
Must-have
Experience in consumer electronics either working for a retailer or managing consumer electronics retailers as customers
At least 3 years of experience in a Sales or Key Account Manager role with a proven track record of achieving targets
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of retail dynamics in Nordics
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data and forecasts
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Fluency in English spoken and written
Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
Confidence in presenting to customers and internal teams
