Your Role
The Bridge-Builder: Reach out to potential customers spark their curiosity and book face-to-face home visits for our expert advisors!
The Master Organizer: Seamlessly coordinate dates and lock them into the advisors calendar.
The Lead Alchemist: Support our sales team by turning cold leads into golden opportunities!
The Closer: Give customers a friendly see you tomorrow call to confirm every appointment.
Requirements
No Diploma No Problem! Your personality and drive matter most.
Experience: Sales or customer service experience is a bonus but we love entry-level energy too!
Language Master: Native-level Dutch/Flemish with top-tier communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Basic MS Office skills to keep things running smoothly.
Mindset: Resilient positive and quality-oriented.

Working Conditions
The Goal: Aim for 0.9 - 1 appointment per hour (keep that cancellation rate under 15%!).
The Balance: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 21:00. No weekends! Your Saturdays and Sundays are for exploring Bulgaria.
The Choice: Work from our vibrant Sofia office go hybrid or work fully remote from anywhere in Bulgaria! (Internet: 20Mbps down / 8Mbps up).
