Position Title: Contract Trainer (Quality Assurance Specialist)

Were on the hunt for our next Contract Trainer/QA Specialist. The Awesome Things Youll Do
- Developtrainings/curricula; and work with all team members to train them in policies and standard operating procedures to ensure contract compliance.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor program performance review case records and validate data accuracy in support of quality assurance and contract compliance
- Partner with program leadership data analytics and IT to support Salesforce reporting dashboards and data integrity checks related to PACE performance outcomes.
- Work with data analytics IT and finance teamtodevelop regular reports that inform leadershipand thatensure quality assurance and contract compliance.
- Train staff on Salesforce-related workflows documentation standards and data-entry best practicesas part of onboarding and ongoing professional development
- Monitor program compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g. government contracts grant requirements)
- Conduct audits and case reviews to assess service quality documentation accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives by recommending and tracking corrective actions
- Stay current on best practices accreditation standards and relevant laws or policies
Activities are subject to change / be added to meet business needs with management approval.
Our Must Haves
- BA/BS degree or 5 years of related experience in HRA contracts
- Must be proficient in training policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel including use of reports dashboards and data validation tools to support quality assurance and compliance
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforcefor case management reporting quality assurance or program performance monitoring.
- Ability to translate Salesforce data and reports into actionable insights for staff coaching quality improvement and leadership decision-making.
- Must be a highly motivated professional with effective presentation skills and experience in facilitating and training others
- Flexible and able to respond to the changing needs of the contract.
