The Awesome Things Youll Do

Our Must Haves

• BA/BS degree or 5 years of related experience in HRA contracts
• Must be proficient in training policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel including use of reports dashboards and data validation tools to support quality assurance and compliance
• Demonstrated experience using Salesforcefor case management reporting quality assurance or program performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate Salesforce data and reports into actionable insights for staff coaching quality improvement and leadership decision-making.
• Must be a highly motivated professional with effective presentation skills and experience in facilitating and training others
• Flexible and able to respond to the changing needs of the contract.
