Dispatching and transportation coordination experience
Ability to monitor and manage cold chain shipments

Proficiency with dispatch systems email and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Airport freight recovery experience
Experience in regulated or temperature-controlled logistics
Knowledge of packaging materials and gel pack preparation
Prior experience working with drivers and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate daily delivery routes schedules and driver assignments to maximize efficiency
Monitor pickups deliveries and shipment status to ensure on-time and compliant service
Recover freight from local airports and ensure proper breakdown and storage
Maintain cold chain integrity for all shipments at airports and in-office storage
Communicate shipment updates delays and special instructions to drivers and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and SOPs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
2 3 years of experience in dispatch logistics or transportation operations
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and overtime
Ability to lift packages up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working in office warehouse truck and refrigerated/freezer environments
