Job Summary
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing and configuring D365 Supply Chain Management modules understanding business processes and delivering end-to end solutions that optimize supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: 7 10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (AX/D365) including a minimum of two end-to-end implementations and support. Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules covering requirements gathering solution design system configuration data migration testing and deployment. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional designs and optimized D365 SCM business processes. Prepare and maintain functional documentation including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD/FDD) test scenarios training materials and end-to-end process f lows. Analyze client business processes and identify improvement opportunities leveraging standard D365 SCM capabilities and best practices. Configure and support core SCM modules such as Inventory Management Procurement & Sourcing Sales & Distribution Production Control Warehouse Management and Transportation Management (good to have). Deliver end-user training and provide functional support to business stakeholders across implementation and support phases. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases feature updates and industry best practices to propose innovative and value-driven solutions. Participate in data migration activities for items vendors customers inventory and related master data. Support go-live and post-go-live activities ensuring a smooth transition to operations
