Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to oversee the development customization and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team of developers. CTA certification mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development: Lead the design development and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs web services and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Program Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects meeting all requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow and 4 years relevant experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM HRSD ITOM and ITAM.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
