Scope Of Work
- This consultant will operate across multiple initiatives directly tied to CRM and its related database systems ensuring that data governance architecture and integration strategies are consistently applied.
- By bridging these interconnected issues the Data Architect will maintain a unified architectural vision that supports both immediate needs and long-term modernization.
The Data Architect will:
- Provide strategic support across CRM and its associated databases ensuring solutions are aligned with agency modernization goals.
- Develop and implement data retention and archival strategy to reduce storage costs and ensure compliance.
- Architect solutions for duplicate data cleanup across Business Automation (BA) and AIMS systems enforcing master data management principles.
- Support configuration management improvements by aligning data governance with CRM and infrastructure needs.
- Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability beyond the consultants engagement.
Role Description
The Data Architect will join technical team to design and implement data strategies across CRM and its related database systems. Responsibilities include:
- Enterprise data modeling and metadata management.
- Designing archival frameworks for CRM and AIMS data.
- Collaborating with CRM and infrastructure teams to align configuration management with governance standards.
- Leading deduplication and master data management initiatives.
- Preparing documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for staff.
Qualifications
- The consultant must demonstrate significant experience in enterprise data architecture with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its related database systems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Extensive experience (8 years) in enterprise data architecture data governance and metadata management.
- Proven ability to design and implement data retention and archival strategies for large-scale systems.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data structures and integration with external systems.
- Familiarity with master data management and deduplication strategies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-divisional initiatives.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
