Position Summary & Highlights:
The Program Coordinator willprovide program support tothe ProviderUrgent Care float pool including scheduling PTO andtimekeeping system oversite (UKG) for 30 providers and/or APPs who support12urgent care clinic locations across the Treasure Valley.
This position will work on-site on the Boise Regional Medical Center campus.
Get quick and convenient urgent care at Saint Alphonsus in Boise Meridian Nampa Caldwell Star and Fruitland.We provide same-day treatment for a variety of minor to moderate conditions.
In addition to general urgent care services Saint Alphonsus also providesorthopedic urgent care.Our clinics are staffed by sports medicine experts that are specially trained to treat injuries involving bones joints ligaments and muscles.

You willbe responsible forcoordinating with the clinic managers atthe urgent carecliniclocationsregardingprovider staffing needs and work with the providers and APPs in the float poolregardingscheduling.
You will work closely with the 30 providers and/or APPs on their schedulingavailabilityincludingsupportofPTO and timekeeping system (UKG) oversight.
You willbe responsible forprogram requirements being met; consistently meets quality standards and required timelines.
Execute on program administration with Service Line and operational directors and/or medicaldirectorin support of achievingtimelyand quality patient care and business development goals.
Prepare and providetimelyandaccuratereports including data/outcomes for program compliance statusand other program service reports as needed.
Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships through consistent contact andtimelyfollow through.
Communicate program or staffing needs or concerns toDirector(s)in a timely manner.
Contributenew ideasfor content workflowimprovementsand program efficiencies.
Investigate participant and employee complaints or concerns.
Act as a resource to staff internal and external providers for informationguidanceand tools.
Prepare and providetimelyandaccuratereports including data/outcomes for program compliance status participantvolumesand other program service reports as needed.
Have astrong working knowledge of program compliance requirements andrisk forareas of responsibility.
Demonstrate ability to be an effectivemembera diverse multidisciplinary team.
This role may also help support theCare on Demand and Mobileclinic.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Payroll and/or timekeeping system experience.
Knowledge of Saint Alphonsus outpatient clinic environment protocols and processes.
Strong computer skills including payroll and timekeeping system and Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel Outlook and Teams.
Excellent communication both written and verbal with colleagues physicians providers including solid phone etiquette.
Solid organizational and prioritization skills including consistent and timely follow through.
Professionalism and self-initiative and are capable of contributing new ideas for content workflow improvements and program efficiencies.
You enjoy working in a team environment and independently as well. You also are adaptable and flexible to evolve with the program.
Work Schedule:
This position will work 40 hours per week Monday - Fridays around the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Minimum Requirements:
Must possess knowledge normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in business or healthcare related field with two (2) or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience as a program administrator or project manager preferred.
