Caregivers Wanted Senior Helpers South Tacoma
Pay: $20.50 $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification)
Job Types: Full-time Part-time
About the Role
Senior Helpers South Tacoma is seeking compassionate dependable caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver you will provide one-on-one support that allows seniors to remain safe independent and comfortable in their own homes. We are a woman-owned family-run business and we pride ourselves on treating both our clients and our caregivers like family.

Responsibilities
As a caregiver with Senior Helpers your work may include:
Building meaningful relationships with clients through conversation and companionship
Assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing walking and personal hygiene
Supporting light housekeeping and meal preparation
Engaging clients in hobbies and recreational activities such as games gardening or crafts
Observing and reporting any changes in client condition to the care team
Accompanying clients to medical appointments grocery shopping and community outings
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have a genuine heart for caregiving and a commitment to reliability. Additional requirements include:
Must be at least 18 years old
Current HCA or CNA certification preferred
At least one year of caregiving experience preferred
A valid drivers license proof of auto insurance and a clean driving record
At least two satisfactory references from previous employers
Ability to read and follow written instructions and document in English using a mobile app
Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening
