Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agilist to drive Agile transformation initiatives coach teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.) facilitating ceremonies and guiding cross-functional teams toward high performance and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments
- Coach Scrum Masters Product Owners and development teams on Agile principles and best practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Retrospectives PI Planning etc.)
- Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting team velocity and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and feedback loops
- Partner with leadership to promote Agile mindset and servant leadership principles
- Support backlog refinement roadmap planning and release management activities
- Monitor Agile maturity and provide recommendations for process enhancements
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD alignment where applicable
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Scrum Kanban Lean or SAFe frameworks
- Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics (velocity burn-down/up charts cycle time etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent
- Experience leading enterprise-level Agile transformations
- Background in project management or software development
- Experience with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or Rally
