Job Summary
Location: Milton Keynes (MK8 9ER)
Children: One 3-year-old and twin 2-year-olds
Hours: Ad hoc / flexible (backup childcare)
Overview: We are seeking a warm reliable and experienced Vietnamese-speaking childcare provider or nanny to support a family with three young children on an ad hoc backup basis. This role would suit someone looking for flexible irregular hours rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
A strong preference is for a provider who speaks Vietnamese or has Vietnamese cultural familiarity to support the childrens language exposure and cultural connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive age-appropriate care for a three-year-old and twin two-year-olds
- Support routines such as play meals and rest times
- Ensure a safe nurturing and engaging environment at all times
Follow the familys guidance and safeguarding expectations
Essential Requirements
- Experience caring for toddlers and young children (incl;uding multiple children)
- Vietnamese language skills or strong cultural familiarity (preferred)
- Ability to offer flexible ad hoc availability as needed
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- References and relevant childcare checks (e.g. DBS) or willingness to obtain them
