Job Summary
Join our team at TheWestin Palo Alto as a Bartender where you will create memorable experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding service in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including replenishing supplies and restocking inventory.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations including verifying the legal drinking age of guests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous Bartending experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Responsible dependable and a team player.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in California.
