Building Materials Warehouse Associate Koopman Lumber Company Location:Andover MA Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role Koopman Lumber Company is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Materials Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Sutton Distribution Center. This role involves shipping and receiving material handling inventory control and the safe operation of warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with BiSTRACK and a working knowledge of cabinets windows and doors. This is a warehouse-focused position designed for individuals with hands-on experience in building materials and distribution environments. We are looking for dependable professionals who can step into our operation with minimal ramp-up contribute immediately and help strengthen our warehouse team as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities - Load and unload delivery vehicles including box trucks using appropriate material-handling equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks electric forklifts and stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Stage secure and organize materials for delivery or customer pickup
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders
- Accurately enter and update inventory transactions using BiSTRACK
- Inspect materials for damage shortages or quality issues
- Handle lumber cabinets windows doors and other building materials safely
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse and dock area
- Follow all safety procedures OSHA guidelines and company policies
- Assist customers drivers and team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
