To support the establishment of our Saudi operations we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong hands-on approach to implement and execute quality assurance and quality control activities at our new site.

Key Accountabilities

Quality Control & Inspection

• Perform inspection measurement and testing of incoming materials in-process production and finished products according to approved inspection plans and customer requirements.
• Identify and document non-conformities and ensure proper segregation and reporting.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using methods such as 8D 5-Why Fishbone.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection and measurement equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards APQP tools and internal Quality Management Systems.

Site Set-Up & Quality System Implementation

• Support implementation of the Quality Management System at the Saudi site.
• Define inspection workflows quality gates and documentation templates.
• Participate in equipment validation and operational readiness activities.
• Assist in training operators and staff on quality standards.
• Contribute actively to building a strong quality culture from Day-1.

Qualifications & Skills (Profile)

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 58 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO standards APQP tools and quality documentation.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D 5-Why Fishbone).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) essential.
• Structured detail-oriented and proactive working style.
