Job Summary
Lake Auto Group is seeking a hard working individual to join ourcustodial/maintenance department. This individual will be part of the team responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the dealerships interior and exterior.
Responsibilities:
- Keep entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition
- Use machinery to clean showroom floor dust entire facility and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Perform exterior maintenance including snow removal landscaping window washing painting trash removal
- Maintain minor and routine painting electrical and other maintenance activities
- Many other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Positive attitude can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
- Reliable and punctual for daily work shifts
