Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a precision-focused nurse for a permanent position within a private medical team aboard a luxury superyacht. Your core responsibility is the continuous 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP ensuring their clinical needs are met with exacting standards while the vessel cruises the Mediterranean. You will voyage to the regions most exclusive destinations including Saint-Tropez Sardinia (Porto Cervo) and the Balearic Islands maintaining a hospital-grade environment amidst world-class luxury.
The Team You will operate within a sophisticated fully equipped medical department. The team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and reinforced by specialized Physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nursing staff. This collaborative structure ensures you are part of a professional clinical hierarchy providing safety and shared responsibility.

To ensure this we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system guaranteeing that your workload is balanced and that you have ample time to rest. The Process We value your time and current commitments. The initial recruitment stages are conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform allowing you to demonstrate your clinical expertise from Berlin (or your current residence) before any travel is required.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a strict requirement.
Experience: 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required for clear rapid communication.
Attributes: A calm professional demeanor and the ability to provide discreet care in an ultra-high-net-worth environment.
