Job Summary

ITBM is seeking a qualified and reliable Pest Controller to join our team in Germany. The selected candidate will support pest prevention and control operations across client facilities ensuring safe compliant and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pest inspection prevention and control treatments

Apply chemical and non-chemical control measures safely and effectively

Handle hazardous substances in accordance with safety standards

Prepare risk assessments and treatment plans

Maintain equipment and ensure proper storage of materials

Supervise and guide supporting staff when required

Support operations in sensitive environments (e.g. public or institutional facilities)

Requirements

Proven professional experience in pest control / Schädlingsbekämpfung

Recognized professional qualification or certification in pest control (Sachkunde or equivalent)

Knowledge of handling hazardous substances and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for interventions

Good documentation and reporting skills

Valid driving license

Based in Germany

Eligible to work as an ITBM employee on call

Required Skills:

Prior experience in NATO or defense-related projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.

Required Education:

Citizen of a NATO member state (mandatory). Native Ukrainian speaker or certified Ukrainian language proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher). Excellent command of English (TOEIC 850 or equivalent). Minimum of three (3) years professional experience as a translator/interpreter in a similar environment. Proven experience in technical/military translation and interpretation. Strong understanding of military terminology and procedures. Minimum NATO SECRET clearance (mandatory).
