Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional for a permanent role within a private medical team aboard a luxury superyacht. Your mandate is the dedicated 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP ensuring optimal health management while the vessel tours the Mediterranean. You will experience a premier itinerary from the glamorous ports of the French Riviera (Cannes Nice) to the crystal-clear waters of the Balearic Islands all while providing discreet top-tier clinical support.
The Team You will be an integral part of a fully staffed medical unit. The department is overseen by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialized Physiotherapists alongside a supportive team of Western-trained nurses. This collaborative environment ensures you have the resources and leadership necessary to deliver hospital-standard care at sea.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a rested mind. To ensure patient safety and staff well-being we operate a robust double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient rest periods preventing burnout and allowing you to maintain peak clinical performance.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a strict prerequisite.
Experience: 4 years recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is required for effective medical communication.
Profile: High emotional intelligence flexibility and the ability to adapt to a luxury private household environment.
