Job Summary
The Mission We are headhunting a refined medical professional for a permanent role within a private medical suite aboard a luxury superyacht. Your primary mandate is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP ensuring their health is optimized while the vessel cruises the Mediterranean. You will navigate the regions most iconic waters from the glamorous Côte dAzur (Cannes Monaco Saint-Tropez) to the secluded bays of Corsica and Sardinia delivering hospital-grade support in a world-class setting.
The Team You will operate within a sophisticated fully equipped medical department. The team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and reinforced by specialized Physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nursing staff. This collaborative structure ensures you are part of a professional clinical hierarchy providing safety and shared responsibility.

To ensure this we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system guaranteeing that your workload is balanced and that you have ample time to rest. This structure is specifically designed to prevent the fatigue often associated with continuous private care keeping you fresh and alert.
The Process We value your time and current commitments. The initial recruitment stages are conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform allowing you to demonstrate your clinical expertise from Paris (or your current residence) before any travel is required.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a strict requirement.
Experience: 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required for clear rapid communication.
Attributes: A calm professional demeanor and the ability to provide discreet care in an ultra-high-net-worth environment.
