Join arapidly growing company operating in a progressive and sustainability-drivenmarket segment. This position offers hands-on involvement in complex corporateand M&A matters within an ambitious and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on all corporate law matters including drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts agreements and other legal documents
- Act as legal contact for customer and supplier contracts
- Support and manage legal disputes and proceedings in particular customer claims and product liability matters
- Handle the legal aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence negotiations and drafting of transaction documentation
- Manage corporate shareholdings
- Cover general corporate law matters (e.g. restructurings) and corporate housekeeping
- Draft review and update legal documents such as general terms and conditions non-disclosure agreements and customer and supplier contracts
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and provide pragmatic business-oriented legal solutions
Requirements
- Law degree from an Austrian university (mandatory)
- Admission to the Austrian Bar (or former admission) is considered a strong advantage
- Three to eight years of professional experience in corporate law ideally gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an in-house legal role
- Strong expertise in M&A transactions corporate and international contract law
- Excellent knowledge of Austrian corporate law and relevant EU regulations
- Ability to independently manage complex legal matters while aligning with business objectives
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail sound judgment and commercial awareness
- Fluent English is required (C1 or above); very good German skills or native proficiency are a strong advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
