The Team You will be an essential part of a top-tier medical department. The unit is overseen by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists. You will work within a rotation of Western-trained nurses ensuring that you have constant professional support and a structured clinical hierarchy.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a rested mind. To ensure patient safety and staff well-being we operate a robust double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient rest periods preventing burnout and allowing you to maintain peak clinical performance.
