The Team You will not be a solo practitioner. You will integrate into a sophisticated medical team guided by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists. Working alongside other Western-trained nurses you will benefit from a collaborative clinical structure that mirrors a high-end private ward.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our staff. The role operates on a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring that your workload is balanced and that you have ample time to rest. This structure is specifically designed to prevent the fatigue often associated with continuous private care keeping you fresh and alert.
The Process We understand the value of your time. The initial screening process is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform allowing you to demonstrate your clinical expertise from Zurich (or your current location) before any travel commitments are required.
