Adelphi is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide behavioral services in a school setting located in Bordentown New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:
Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) certification.
Minimum of one (1) year experience providing behavioral services in a school or related setting preferred.
Must work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Experience supporting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Experience working with students under IEPs 504 Plans and/or Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) Plans.
Ability to collect and maintain accurate behavioral data.
Ability to provide services in accordance with New Jersey public school regulations and district policies.
Ability to participate in meetings and provide documentation as required by the District.
Ability to perform the functions of the position.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-district behavioral services and direct support to students as identified by the District.
Assist the supervising BCBA with behavioral observations and support the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
Deliver structured teaching sessions verbal behavior programming and discrete trial instruction.
Collect record and organize behavioral data; review progress with the supervising BCBA and district staff at minimum monthly.
Participate in progress monitoring team meetings and assist with drafting goals objectives and present levels of performance.
Support classroom staff through consultation participate in staff training and parent sessions as assigned and maintain accurate documentation and service logs in accordance with district procedures.
