Job Summary

This position is based at our Creekmoor Shop and Warehouse. The successful candidate will be experienced in processing e-commerce transactions and have a good standard of Maths and English. You will identify and source suitable items for sale on eBay or other e-commerce websites. Initially researching the items providing detailed descriptions and photographs you will then upload items for sale monitor bids deal with any queries and record payment details.

Once the items are sold you will arrange the timely dispatch of the goods. Accurate financial records will be maintained on spreadsheets Gift Aid records kept and financial reports forwarded to the Finance team.

You will be well organisedable to multi-task and work well within a team.

If you can use your excellent inter-personal skills to maintain good relations with outside agencies the general public and other Julias House staff this could be the role for you.

20 hours per week to be worked over 4days.
