Position Summary
Do you have a heart to help others Would you like to tackle hunger in a tangible way that can also help out fellow students We are looking for a student who is able to train and coordinate food pantry volunteers restock items assist with cost and quality control and give weekly reports.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains food pantry inventory and cleanliness of the pantry such as wiping and sanitizing items and work place areas. - Recording and shelving items. - Collect appropriate data to determine food needs in specific areas of the pantry such as which items needs to be relished who we serve in the pantry ect. - Training and supervision of food pantry volunteers. - Creating work schedules for volunteers. - Responsible for implementing food pantry policies and procedures.
