Job Description:Broadcom Global Operations is seeking an experienced HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) Procurement and Supply Chain professional to drive strategic sourcing supplier management and capacity/supply planning for advanced memory products used in AI data center and high-performance computing applications. This role is critical to securing long-term HBM supply managing cost structures mitigating risk and building resilient partnerships across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Own memory procurement and supplier strategy: Develop multi-year supplier HBM/DRAM roadmaps to meet Broadcom needs negotiate long-term supply agreements pricing and capacity cost performance yield and supply security across suppliers.
• Supply planning and capacity management:Partner with Business Unit Product and Planning teams to forecast HBM manage tight supply environments and allocation risks.
• Manage supplier relationships: Own tier-1 memory supplier relationships track supplier performance: quality on-time delivery yield and cycle time. Establish dual/multi-sourcing strategies where applicable.
• Cross-functional engagement:Support finance in budgeting and long-range planning. Work closely with Product Engineering NPI Legal and Finance to support HBM business as required.
• Manage project risk anticipate issuesand address/resolve complex innovative solutions to achieve the highest quality for given cost constraints.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain Operations or Business.
• 8 years of experience in Semiconductor industry experience and sourcing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor/ memorymanufacturing processes.
• Experience inmanaging externalsuppliers andcustomers.
• Strong problem-solving ability and communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure fast-moving environmentswith data driven decision making.

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters degree in engineering Supply Chain Operations or Business.
• Experience in memory companiesand understanding ofAISupply Chain and Logisticsconstraints.
• Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is$81000 - $130000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
