We offer high-energy fun and engaging soccer classes to children ages 28 using the sport as a vehicle to positively impact childrens lives. Our curriculum focuses on character development not just soccer skills and goals! We operate year-round at preschools daycares community centers and parks.

What Were Looking For:

Were searching for energetic reliable and fun-loving coaches who can connect with young children follow our age-appropriate curriculum and bring each 3040 minute session to life. No need to be a soccer projust bring your passion personality and positive attitude!

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are:

Energetic & Playful: Youre often called a big kid and love being sillybut you also know how to maintain structure and keep things under control.

Great with Kids: You love working with children ages 28 and have experience in coaching babysitting childcare education or camp counseling.

Reliable & Responsible: You show up on time communicate well and can manage a group of up to 10 kids.

Professional & Positive: Youre comfortable interacting with parents school staff and fellow team members.

Willing to Travel: You have reliable transportation and are willing to drive up to 25 miles for a session (gas reimbursement available).

Must-Haves:

Valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Availability for at least 23 days per week (MondaySaturday)

Enthusiasm for soccer and early childhood education (no professional playing experience required!)

Typical Hours:

Weekdays: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM 11:00 AM
Well work with your schedulecoaching hours are flexible and based on your availability.

Compensation:

$15 $20 per session (3045 minutes per session)
Pay increases with experience performance and training level
