Job Summary
Are you a highly-motivated multi-family property management professional ready to take on a new challenge
Newbury Living a well-established and growing property management company is looking for a Leasing Agent to work with a team at two HUD-subsidized apartment communities in Burlington Iowa. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
- Execute certification of income and assets for residents at move-in & annually in a timely manner
- Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
- Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
- Provide professional resident relations
Qualifications:
- HUD and/or LIHTC property management experience preferred
- 3 years of apartment management experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
- Must possess a valid Iowa drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
