The Deputy Registrar is responsible for advancing a modern efficient and student-centered academic records operation that supports the academic integrity accuracy and security of student records across USUs entire system. This role provides senior leadership institutional coordination technology optimization policy leadership compliance oversight and organizational development. Reporting to the Vice Provost & University Registrar this role directs and manages comprehensive registration and records programs oversees staff and managers and leads institutionally impactful initiatives that support student success academic policy and operational excellence. The Deputy Registrar collaborates across the University to align registrar services with institutional priorities regulatory requirements and best practices in higher education. The Deputy Registrar leads major change initiatives aligns processes and systems with institutional strategy and acts on behalf of the University Registrar as needed.
