Currently Hiring: Camp Lead & Gym Educator
The Camp Lead & Gym Educator at DolFUN Dynamics is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience at our internationally acclaimed swim academynow expanded to include our multi-sport center featuring Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics and Dynamic Ninja programs. This role plays a vital part in leading camps supporting year-round programming and ensuring every child and family experiences a safe enriching and welcoming environment.
The Camp Lead & Gym Educator will supervise 11 weeks of Summer Camps and additional seasonal camps throughout the year collaborating with the Operations & Gymnastics Coordinator to plan engaging events and themed activities. During the off-season this role includes training to become a Gym & Ninja Educator supporting class instruction and staff development to meet program demand year-round.

This position requires strong leadership excellent communication and a commitment to safety and enrichment in every interaction.
Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee daily camp activities schedules and themed programming
- Supervise support and mentor camp staff to ensure a positive team environment
- Coordinate crafts activities and special events aligned with camp themes
- Ensure camper safety while proactively managing behavior and maintaining structure
- Lead staff meetings as needed to promote strong communication and collaboration
- Communicate with parents professionally and resolve questions or concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and camp policies
- Respond to emergencies calmly and document incidents accurately
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programming
- Support training and development to become a Gym & Ninja Educator
- Assist with class instruction during the off-season to meet enrollment demands
- Uphold cleanliness organization and operational excellence throughout the facility
- Follow established procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Bring enthusiasm leadership and positivity to every shift

- Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
