Job Summary
Position Summary
Looking for two Work-Study students who are interested in working in our West Campus Library. You will be our first line of customer service and work with various library departments. If you have strong clerical and receptionist skills this position may be for you. We will need someone who can work weekends and evening hours.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Must be detail oriented and be able to follow verbal and written instructions. - Perform special projects. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be proactive and able to engage with a diverse constituency. - Demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Provide Outstanding Customer service in various library departments. - Provide clerical and receptionist support for the West library. - Provide basic computer and copier assistance. - Shelving and shelf-reading to maintain good order of the stacks.
