Job Summary
Description
Maintains and refinishes all interior and exterior facility architectural finishes and wall coverings furniture and equipment. Installs protective coverings on walls doors and door casings. Letters stencils and labels equipment and information boards. Finishes newly constructed items and equipment.
Qualifications
Required three-year apprentice program. Journey worker level in the paint trade with a minimum of 3 years Journeyman Painter experience is required. Manual trades skills necessary to carry out high quality architectural maintenance work. Effective communication skills desired.
