Referral Bonuses

Requirements:

Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register before hire
Negative TB test within the last 2 years
Valid CPR/BLS certification
12 years caregiving experience (home care senior living hospital or CNA/MA/LVN)
Compassionate patient reliable and strong communication skills
High School Diploma/GED
Valid drivers license & insured vehicle

What Youll Do

Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support
Accompany clients to appointments errands or community outings
Communicate regularly with families and the care management team
Assist with toileting and incontinence issues

Compensation: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
