Playing a key role in the Infrastructure and Cloud Ops team the System Administrator (Microsoft Intune) is responsible for managing securing and evolving workstation and mobile environments in a modern cloud-oriented and Zero Trust context.
The System Administrator (Microsoft Intune) ensures the centralized secure and automated management of workstations and laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot while guaranteeing compliance security and a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Microsoft Intune platform
- Deploy and configure laptops using Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Manage compliance and configuration policies
- Deploy and maintain applications and updates
- Implement endpoint security policies
- Manage the device lifecycle (provisioning refresh retirement)
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune-related issues
- Collaborate with Security Identity and Support teams
- Document configurations standards and procedures
Technical Environments:

- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Windows 10/11
- iOS / Android (MDM/MAM)

Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Proven strong expertise in Microsoft Intune
- Good knowledge of Windows Autopilot
- Solid understanding of Windows and mobile environments
- Understanding of endpoint security challenges
- Ability to automate and standardize processes
- Strong attention to detail autonomy and service-oriented mindset
Desired Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Significant experience in workstation administration
- Required experience with Intune / MDM / MAM
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles
- Microsoft certifications are an asset
Working Conditions
- Hybrid positions with occasionnal in person requirements (the selected candidate will need to be able to be present in the Montreal office or Data Center when needed)
- Occasional travel based on operational needs
This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating orally and in writing with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
